1.CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE
Before any purchase, the customer aknowledges and accepts without reserve the following selling conditions.
2.PRODUCTS
The purchased charts can be downloaded directly from the web-site, prior credit card payment, following our instructions. After the purchase, customer can always accede to the previously bought charts or download them again. No partial or complete reproduction is allowed even if without commercial purposes.Printing of the charts is permitted for personal use only.Inside the charts some watermarks have been inserted to individuate possible counterfeiters.
Croxit.com provides high quality, clear charts and easy-readable legends corresponding to the colour charts of the three most famous moulinè brands: Anchor (with whom our prototypes are realized), DMC and Madeira. However the computer monitor or paper reproduction can alter colours so that they can appear very different from real spun yarn colours, because of the various instruments that users can employ to visualize or print the charts.
3. PURCHASE
The content of the buyer's bag is clearly listed and visualized, step by step, until the purchase confirmation then the invoice will be available; the customer can download it or check it in his/her personal area in every moment simply using the personal username and password.
All prices are in Euros and include VAT. For non-UE countries, tax free prices will be applied, as soon as the order is confirmed.
